Tickets are non-refundable.
However, if you cancel at least 48 hours before the event, we can offer:
* rescheduling to another available date, or
* a 50% refund of the ticket price / credit for future events.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer due to weather, safety, or technical reasons, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No refunds are provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
